1. Prices
Displayed product prices on the website are stable but they can vary according to production increase costs, shipping, etc. The prices offered are considered as valid and effective when you place an order and you receive a proforma invoice with the full price and the validity period of the offer.
2. Lead times and Shipping
2.1. Standard method Delivery is 48/72 hours but occasionally the process can take up to 24/48 hours more (local holidays, breakdowns, inclement weather... please note this to place the order in advance. The delivery service is from 09:00 to 19:00.
2.2. The cost of transport will be indicated before the online purchase is concluded. We send our products to Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands (the transport to the islands can take one or two days more) . It is currently not possible to submit orders to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
2.3. The transport agencies do not delivery in P.O. Boxes, logistics companies or fairgrounds. we recommend that you specify an address where always is someone in working hours. In any case, the agency usually tries the delivery next day or phone.
2.4. If delivery is not possible either by wrong address, refusal or absence, the goods will be return to the place of origin. The customer will be able to request the reshipment taking charge of transportation costs. Products will remain in the distribution warehouse within 15 days after the return day.
2.5 Free delivery to Spanish peninsula, 5 euros to Balearic Islands and 18 euros to the eurozone.
3. Complaints processing
We would not like to have inconvenients but sometimes errors occur. If there is a problem with the product please send an email indicating your order number and, send the defective material within 7 working days maximun to Formaher Group International for review.
Beyond this deadline no claim will be taken into account. Once the material has been evaluated and checked we will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution.
4. Returns
The product can be exchanged for another size or in case of quality defect for the same if there is in stock. To exchange send an email to contacto@partelas.es indicating the order number and the size you need. We will resend the new product once the previous one has been received.
5. Acceptance of the production
Once you receive the product and everything is correct the customer is the only responsible for the misuse.
6. Possible Shipping damage
To claim to the transport company possible damages when you receive the product please follow these simple steps:
- Check the package for damage when the carrier delivers the parcel.
- Verify packaging, if there is visible damage, sign on the agency's delivery note indicating that the package is damaged.
- Accept the order to claim.
- If the goods inside the package are damaged please notify the incidence to the carrier within the 3 days maximum.
7 . Including taxes
Including taxes Prices include IVA but not any other tax, tariff or surcharge.
